Q. Do you take my insurance?

We are in-network with many major medical insurance providers, including Medicare and Missouri Medicaid.

Below is a list of all the insurance networks that we DO NOT accept:

  • Essence Commercial or Essence Medicare
  • MediBlue
  • HomeState
  • Any EPO plan for any insurance company
  • Humana
  • CHAMPVA / Tricare
  • Any workers comp / car insurance
  • Out of State Medicare / Medicaid - Meridian (Illinois Medicaid)

Q. What if I don't have insurance?

Payment is required prior to service. You are welcome to inquire about self-pay rates.

Q. What if I don't have a state of Missouri / Illinois ID?

We can not see you. We require that all patients have a valid form of identification issued by the state of Missouri / Illinois.

Q. Do you accept walk-in patients?

We do not. We are a “by appointment only” office.

Q. Do you have an admin fee?

Due to inflation, rather than increasing the price of products and services; in 2022 we increased our admin fee slightly. You can opt out of the admin fee if you pay in cash or pay online.

Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?

We do. As listed in our Financial Policies: No show appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 business hours notice are subject to a fee.

Q. Can I make payments over the phone?

Yes there is, on our pay by phone page.
